HOUSE BUILD RECOVERY

The process is very straightforward. After we provide you with a full estimate to complete the build, and sign the agreement, we raise all the paperwork required to transfer your existing permits to us. After you sign and return these documents to us, we work with the local building department to transfer the permit over to us in around 14 to 30 working days. Once transferred, work will start quickly.
Throughout the works, we hold regular telephone calls with you and give you access to a photo album of your build.

We took over this abandoned project, and In the six weeks since taking over, we have:
- Fixed and removed the RED STOP WORK ORDER
- Fixed the erosion issues around the exterior of the property,
- Removed and replaced all the roof decking due to extensive water damage,
- Dried in the roof,
- Fixed all the inherited framing issues,
- Fixed the incorrectly formed shower pans,
- Installed the front entrance door,
- Removed all the windows and sliding doors, reinstalled them correctly, plus replaced the stolen window. We wonder who stole that !
- Roughed in of the electric and HVAC.
- Installation of the insulation,
- Installed, taped, and textured all the interior walls,
- Primed all the internal walls,
- Started painting the exterior of the house,
- Applied stucco to the exterior of the property,
- Finished the roof,
- Tiled floors and bathrooms,
- Arranged the electricity connection,
- Started the septic and drain field installation,
- Oh, and we passed each required inspection first time.
