How we work

A clear sequence. No disappearing act.

  1. 01

    Inspect & measure

On-site look at decking, flashing, ventilation, and existing covering. Measurements for a quantity takeoff.

  2. 02

    Choose the system

Shingle, tile, metal, or a coating — plus color. We will not sell a tear-off if Roof Shield Rejuvenation is the smarter spend on a qualifying asphalt shingle roof.

  3. 03

    Permit, dry-in, finish

Permits pulled, old covering off, decking repaired, underlayment and covering installed to Florida code.

  4. 04

    Inspect & close out

Building department sign-off, walkthrough, and paperwork. On qualifying jobs, payment is due when inspections pass.

Systems we install

The right material for this climate.

Shingles

Architectural shingles we install include products from GAF, CertainTeed, TAMKO, IKO, Owens Corning, and Atlas. We help you choose a system and color that fit the house and this climate — not a single-brand pitch.

Metal

Standing-seam and architectural metal for coastal homes when the details are done correctly.

Tile

After shingles, tile is the covering Florida homeowners ask for most. We repair and fully re-roof concrete and clay tile systems.

Torch-down

Modified bitumen heat-welded at the seams for low-slope and flat roofs. Proper drainage and positive slope first — ponding water cooks the membrane.

TPO

Common on commercial buildings and on residential low-slope sections where a shingle plane will not work.

Fluid-applied coatings

Not all coatings are equal. The right system may be appropriate on a sound low-slope roof. We evaluate condition first and do not treat a coating as a substitute for replacement when the roof is not a candidate.

We’re here when you need us.

New construction, a leaking valley, or a full tear-off after a storm — the job is the same: outstanding service, the right materials, and a crew that does not leave until you are satisfied. We combine roofing knowledge with equipment that belongs on Florida houses, not a weekend side job.

A consultation, not a one-product pitch.

We explain shingle, tile, metal, modified bitumen, TPO, and fluid-applied coatings in plain language so you can choose the plan that fits the house. Qualifying asphalt shingle roofs may be candidates for Roof Shield Rejuvenation instead of a full tear-off. If replacement is the better option, we will tell you honestly.
