Roof inspections in Southwest Florida
A roof inspection tells you where your roof stands before a small problem turns into a leak. FarFan Contractors inspects shingle, tile, and metal roofs on homes in Lee, Charlotte, and Sarasota counties, other areas on request. After every inspection, you get a photo report showing what we found.
When it makes sense
When to get your roof inspected

- When you notice a stain, a drip, or debris on the roof
- When the roof is getting older and you want to plan ahead

What we check
What we look at
- The covering: shingles, tiles, or metal panels, for damage, wear, and loose pieces
- Flashing at walls, chimneys, skylights, and valleys
- Vent pipes, rubber boots, and roof vents
- Ridge and hip caps on tile roofs
- Soft spots in the roof deck
- The attic, where we can get in: stains, daylight, and ventilation
- Low spots where water sits on flat sections
When we're done, you get a photo report showing what we found. We also explain it in plain language and tell you what we'd do: nothing for now, a repair, Roof Shield Rejuvenation on a qualifying shingle roof, or a new roof. If you're planning a new roof, ask about a sealed roof deck.

If you want work done, we measure and price it. If the roof is fine, we tell you that.
